As part of our mission at Cyber Skyline—bridging curriculum to careers—we are committed to connecting students with impactful resources and career opportunities that empower them to succeed in cybersecurity. By partnering with BlackGirlsHack, we are contributing to a future where diverse voices drive innovation and security in the industry.

We are proud to announce BlackGirlsHack, as the recipient of the Cyber Skyline Spotlight Partnership for Spring 2025. The Spotlight Partnership is our way to give back directly to the partners and organizations that support the National Cyber League Community. Our team is passionate about supporting the next generation of cyber professionals through impactful resources and much needed financial support for non-profit organizations within the cybersecurity community.

Through this partnership, we aim to provide and support hands-on training, real-world skills development, and direct access to career pathways for aspiring cybersecurity professionals from underserved communities. BlackGirlsHack, led by Executive Director Tennisha Martin, is dedicated to increasing diversity in cybersecurity by providing training, mentorship, and career opportunities for Black women and underrepresented communities: "This year, BlackGirlsHack is committed to expanding access to high-quality training and resources at little to no cost, ensuring that everyone - regardless of financial status or background - has the opportunity to grow and succeed. Our goals include increasing operational efficiency, leveraging strategic partnerships and enhancing our impact to better serve our community."

We have had the pleasure of partnering with BGH for many years and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to have a more concentrated effort to help and support their mission this season.

The journey to a more inclusive industry starts with action - let’s shape the future of cybersecurity together! Whether you’re a student, educator, or industry leader, we encourage you to get involved.
